Pregnancy Yoga And Mindfulness
Yoga during pregnancy is an ancient and complete system of self care and spiritual development. The foundation and aim is to experience UNION. The techniques of yoga are refined and subtle technology for deep transformation creating space in the body and mind, promoting systematic rest, clearer awareness, increased vitality, better digestion, improved immunity and prepares the body through delicate strength and stretching movements. We recommend pregnancy yoga to begin after 16 weeks pregnant for health and safety. If you are an active yoga practitioner you may well feel comfortable starting your practice earlier.

What do we do?
- We will explore a combination of rhythmic breathing practices to help circulate blood and oxygen around you and your baby’s body.
- We will explore gentle asanas (postures) to help create space in the body, encourage vitality and circulation, whilst building strength.
- We will explore Hudu movement, which is a combination of breathwork and movement encouraging the vital energy to move fluidly around your body and in and around the uterus.
